Notification of Contract Re-Ratification Vote

On Tuesday, May 22, 2012, you will be voting to re-ratify the last three contract agreements we reached with M-DCPS. The Florida Public Employees Relations Commission (PERC) has ordered us to re-vote these issues, and we have been advised by counsel that we should proceed with these through the use of a paper ballot. It is vitally important that this vote is conducted in the manner outlined by UTD.
